The new UBU website is now online. It's still not 100% complete (details below) but is mostly functional.

What you can do:

-Register/Login
-Edit your profile (pictures must currently be 400x400px or smaller)
-Vote in polls (once per poll per user)
-Check results/reports
-Post on forums
-View photo gallery
-See latest news
-Add photos to albums *not currently implemented*

Once you're registered, you'll be able to change some details in your profile like your squad number and an 'about' section for anything you see fit. There is also an 'UBU says' section on everybody's profile which committee people can edit for your most embarrassing moments :).

To come:
-A fully working photo gallery to which everyone can add photos
-Password recovery (maybe)
-Results organized by academic year (more of an issue for later).

Unfortunately you need to register for the forum separately. It only takes 1 minute so don't cry about it. It's currently organized pretty simply in to a few categories. Once you're registered you should be able to see the forums, and once you've been added as part of the 'squad' the tactics forum will become visible too. Legend also has it that there is a secret moon base for committee members, but who knows?
